My passion is to motivate people to get healthy

For a decade I was obese and tried every diet in the market and every exercise regime that existed. Nothing helped longterm! I was wondering what was wrong with my food or workouts that I was only getting bigger.

Then I came across a book by Dr. Jason Fung – The Obesity Code. That opened up a whole new area of research for me. Since then I have not looked back. I have lost 82 lbs (37 kgs) and still losing. I still have a long way to go but through my journey I met other people who were troubled by the same problem. They sought help and I coached them with my own protocol as a tool. They all saw amazing results.

To further my curiosity I started reading medical journals and text books of physiology and I realized how everything we are taught about nutrition is so wrong an doesn’t actually apply to our own physiology. Being  an engineer, I was driven by data and science. I experimented for almost a year and collected a ton of data on myself before I could come up with a protocol that works with majority of my family, friends & clients.

Since then, I have dedicated myself to help others who are in the same situation as me to help them lose weight and lead a healthy life.

Any idiot can lose a pound, losing it 100 times is what matters!
